I can’t thank the team enough for taking such good care of my car. They’re all very knowledgeable and take a lot of time explaining the issues my car was having. I trust the team completely and appreciate your honesty. I’ll be back the next time I have an issue!! Thanks!!

Best place ever! We were traveling from Rhode Island passing through when our alternator went. These guys had our car fixed , and back on the road in less than 24 hours. They were quick, responsive to our multiple requests, friendly and super knowledgeable. Best service we've ever received. Well done!

Zero stars for the Innsbrook Broad Street Firestone in Henrico, VA. The technicians were unprofessional and distracted and messed up our van worse than when we brought it in. We needed our alternator to be replaced, and they didn't properly secure the alternator or serpentine belt. As a result, the bolt broke and our alternator slid across the front of the van, the battery discharged, and steering froze leaving me stranded on the side of the road, just like I was BEFORE they charged us $1300 to improperly fix the vehicle. Now there may be extra costs due to the difficulty of extracting a broken bolt from the alternator, as well as paying our home technician to fix the messed up repair that already cost us so much to begin with.
To add insult to injury, we were stranded out of town when the initial problem took place and thought we could trust Firestone. Instead, the job that they messed up also took far longer than it needed to because a pretty girl walked in with a Mustang while our vehicle was on lifts, and we watched the workers abandon our car battery on the floor to go flirt with her for at least 45 minutes in between cursing at our vehicle.
We will never go to a Firestone again. I have documentation of these problems to address with the company as well.

Great customer service, and also I love the 360 inspection on the car and the list of stuff to take care

Dealing with a flat tire on 295 was a nightmare, but Jason and Jordan at Firestone completely saved the day! They were amazing—not only did they get me back on the road in under an hour, but they also handled the warranty for my recent tire purchase. Seriously impressed with their efficiency and customer service!

Daniel was able to work me into the schedule at the last minute for a tire check and rotation. The service team also checked the battery and replaced it, too. Daniel and the team provided great customer service!

Update - Firestone reached out by email/post response but won’t call to discuss and make it right. Kind of the same feeling as in store…they are too busy to address a single customer concern and make it right.
On Monday I made an appointment for Friday at 8am. Intended to purchase 5 new tires, get brakes fixed, oil change and state inspection. I arrive Friday at 7:30a. They then told me they couldn’t do the state inspection…fine, we will do the rest. I Ubered to work, called at 1p to check on status and the said my car hadn’t been in, it was next. So end of day, I ubered back about 415…my car had still not been looked at. Obviously upset, but at least needing brakes and oils change done I said I’d sit and wait. The pulled my car in right away but 2 hours later, guy walks in and says he’s just getting ready to start the oil change…I said Nevermind, I’ve already waited 2 hours after they’ve had all day since 8a to get my car in. Guy pulls my car around and said “you’ll need new back brakes”. I asked wasn’t that what you were supposedly working on for the last 2 hours?
So, I walked out, no work done on my vehicle. This should be rather embarrassing for Firestone…a prebooked appointment, you had my car all day, I even sat and waited for 2 hours at the end of the day and you didn’t complete any work…and you let a decent sized sale walk out the door.

I moved to VA from Florida last Sept where my 2011 Kia Soul was serviced by Firestone in Winter Springs for about 14 years. Even though I drove an hour to this Firestone I felt the same measure of confidence with the workers here as I did in FL (and as a single, 65 year old woman, that's important). All of my previous records were easily accessed which gave your Rep all the work previously done on my car, including my tires previously purchased w/ your road hazard warranty w/ lifetime balance, plus my lifetime alignment that I paid for in FL. In Tappahannock where I live, an oil change cost me $80-90 which was ridiculous, because I only paid $35 in FL. VA Firestone's cost was only $35 (without me even asking!), so it was well worth the 1 hour drive to get here. Your Rep also discussed two of my tires that would be in need of replacing soon as they had dry rot, so I went ahead and replaced them at that time. I left, after paying just over $200 (incredibly reasonable), and was very happy with my decision. I will continue to make the 1-hour drive to Mechanicsville for future car work!

Took only a few minutes to get in and drop off the car and received a call back and only a few minutes when I came back to pick it up...

The men were very nice respectful polite as well as accommodating. I was in a bind with no ride home. My tire kept losing psi. I knew simply adding air would not fix my issue and I had basically an hour drive to get home. It was not far from closing time and they were swamped. They took my car anyway-yes it had a nail. Offer was made to patch it. Patches have never worked in my 40+ years of driving. They quickly replaced my tire and I was on my way safely. I am very thankful to the desk man with an healing foot and the fellow who repaired my car. (Apologize for not remembering their names, I am terrible with that). (5/1/25 close to closing can figure out who they are). You have some good men working there Don’t lose them!!! Only fault, is the parking is very cramped. The men took care of moving my car for me. They are wonderful!

I had a disappointing experience at Firestone. The service was slow, communication was poor, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went in there to clear up an issue I had with enterprise and Jason was AWESOME. He took the time to call enterprise for me twice, and was so nice and helpful. He made the whole experience so easy and he’s such a great person. Thanks again Jason.
