It was a good experience. I went in to see if my Switch was not holding a charge or if it was the charger. They hooked up my charger and got me charged up enough to get to Home Screen. I bought a charger from them afterwards. It was super helpful and both staff members were courteous.

It's a Gamestop and they have video games. It doesn't have to be that spectacular, y'know? What I will say is, sometimes I've seen the staff be a little bit too chatty with randos that it becomes an question of "do I awkwardly interrupt their clearly very enthralled conversation so I can make a purchase?" Other than that, they're okay. Though sometimes I wonder how well they can actually do when Walmart literally next door to them often has better prices on games, but I believe that's out of the control of the staff, so whatever.

I’m rating this a five because of an employee named Ellen, she was on point, nice, and was not condescending or had an egotistical Demeanor. She helped me out, and held down the store when it was busy, working by herself. Great Job needs a bonus.Great store worth going

After spending most of my adult life buying video games online, I decided to start doing more in-person shopping and this GameStop does not disappoint.The regular staff - Reuben, Ellen, and Relm - are all fantastic and have unique strengths. If this store doesn't have what you need, they will work to make sure you get it.This is the busiest GameStop in the area and is usually only staffed with one or two employees, so it may not be your quickest option if you're in a rush. But the employees (and usually customers) are extremely knowledgeable and there are great deals to be had if you know where to look.
