A bunch of busybodies camped in the furniture section all day waiting for workers to bring out carts for them to swarm.
Also some creepy dude on his knees next to me scanning books with some device, and a Goodwill blue shirt on. Several people asked him questions, he started to answer them, he does not even work there. Did NOT like that he was within 1 foot of me with some device on his knees, it gave upskirt vibes.
One worker nearly ran ME over with a clothes rack. It’s a circus.
Tighten up on these loitering Goodwill, it does not make for a good shopping experience. 2 stars because my cashier was nice.!

Goodwill is an awesome non-profit organization. They sell women's and men's apparel. They also sell kids apparel. You can get clothes at an awesome price.
Me and my fiance come here about twice a week.
The prices are very reasonable and the associates are very helpful.
I recommend this Goodwill.

Well kept and the displays are nice. It’s typically pretty busy, but I usually still walk away with something. That being said, I think I’ll be avoiding for a while. Each time I’ve been, the staff have been rude and inhospitable, enough to make me not want to go back.

Disappointed at the price increases, disappointed that they discontinued the loyalty program and extremely annoyed that depending on the day, cashiers at this location simply can’t be bothered to apply the color of the week discounts.

It’s a goodwill. 😃 sometimes you score other times you don’t.

Observe how ones in Short pump and goochland live...It's definitely more than a couple tax brackets above me. Now think of things they dispose of....Their trash is definitely my treasure. In my case Short pump + long money= great clothes.

I won’t be shopping here again.
Goodwill raised their prices twice last year so I’ve already been going more infrequently. I hadn’t been in a couple months but I had a completed Frequent Shopper card with all 4 stamps so I decided to come in yesterday and use the 20% discount. Once I got to the register however, the cashier informed me they just ended this program July 31st. I asked if there was any way they could still honor my card as I hadn’t heard anything about the program ending. She said I “could speak to a manager if I wanted but she could tell me right now they do not make any exceptions”. She didn’t even have the decency to offer an apology or be sympathetic about the situation.
I spent several hours making my selections with the expectation that I would have 20% off my purchase so I was very disappointed. There is no signage about the program ending at the front walking in or expiration date on the card itself. The only signage is at the register where you are already checking out. Goodwill clearly doesn’t care about their customer experience or loyalty.

The employees at this goodwill were extremely nice. This is one of my favorite goodwills and the employees make it that much better. They deserve a visit!

WAY TOO LOUD MUSIC!!!!!!! Overpriced. Clean, nice, organized store. Crazy slow cashiers!!!!! Eating at the registry. Manager barking directions to customers. Rude cashiers. Worst employee behavior of a goodwill I've been too in the dozens of gw reviews I've written.
