We towed our minivan here after it broke down. They diagnosed the issue, which was hard to find, and fixed it. They also recommended other services for our car which we agreed to. We ended up paying more for all of the extra services, but we notice a huge improvement with how our car drives. So although I can't speak for their pricing (I don't think they're pricing is necessarily the cheapest deal out there), their service was better than anticipated. I found them very knowledgeable and able to perform a myriad of services. I would return here if I broke down again and was in the area; but hopefully I won't break down again. 5 stars also for Goodyear's towing service.

I am changing my 5 star review to 1 star.
I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and was told I needed 4 new tires and front and rear brakes. And a battery. The price they wanted was outrageous, and there is NOTHING wrong with my tires OR my brakes. I will take my car elsewhere to pass inspection. They got my business with the previous 5 star review, and blew it while trying to rob me (and the majority of others there for state inspection that day). Hideous business practice. Shame on you.

After a very unsatisfactory experience purchasing tires at another business, I called on a Sunday to see if they could help me with my tires after getting no resolution at the other business. Jason had me come in same day and immediately checked my tires and fixed the problem. Very professional and they take pride in their work. Thank you Jason! You have my business now!

I had my car towed there because I hit a curb and blew my tire out and did not have a spare. They did mot have my tire in stock but was able to get it the very next day. I left my car overnight and they am called the next day to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up and noticed my TPM warning light. The pressure of one of my tires (not the new one) was significantly lower than all others. I would have thought they would have checked that as a courtesy before telling me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Not a good business practice! Should have been more thorough. I will not go there again, even for an emergency

Goodyear helps keep my 15 year old Equinox running. I recently returned from a long trip only to have my battery warning light turn on almost 25 miles from home. I made to the shop an hour before closing. A quick check showed that my battery was fine, but my alternator was at issue.
The alternator was ordered, but I had to return first thing the next morning for installation.I just made it home with the car before everything shut down. I was fortunate to have a jump pack to get the car started the next morning. I returned to Goodyear, the new alternator arrived shortly thereafter, and I was on the road again within two hours. Thank you, Goodyear.

That’s ridiculous !
I prefer spend 20 min to midlothian and they can do the job for 50 bucks and it’s amazing…

I would not recommend this place to my biggest enemy! I took my 2016 car, with only 29k miles to have it inspected. My elderly mother drove the car and barely used it so I knew there was not much if anything that needed replacement etc. The shop calls me and names off a few things that “needed” to be changed and/or fixed… $625 worth of work per their evaluation. As a woman, its just unfortunate that places like that will try to take advantage of you. I took it to a different shop right after and they passed my inspection with no issue. If I could give this review negative stars, I would!

This place has ripped me off twice. Dropped it off on Friday, said they would have it done by the weekend. Still was not done by Monday morning. They told me it would be around $1000 to make the repair, they never called me and charge $1363 for the repair. They charged me over $700 to replace some lightbulbs on accessory cab that was not even necessary. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing if it took them that long to replace the marker bulbs.

The team at Goodyear West Broad is outstanding! I brought my car in and they were able to find tires that fit perfectly and get me back on the road in less than 6 hours! Great service!

When I explained to the guy exactly what was wrong with my car, which was that the cable of my headlight was making poor contact, he told me he would charge me $170 just to diagnose it. When I had already told him what was wrong, I only needed a change of lights and a switch. I don't know how much that would cost because I interrupted him with my goodbye.
