I had a wonderful experience with Mena at Great Clips! She greeted me warmly and really took the time to ask questions about what I wanted. Throughout the haircut, she checked in to make sure I was happy with the length and style, which made me feel really comfortable. Mena was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I left with exactly the look I wanted and will definitely be coming back to see her again!

The lady who cut my husbands hair butchered it. If he wanted it messed up. He would have asked me to do it. She didn't even dust his neck/face off. Not worth 22 bucks. Never again.

Been going here most of my life and they do fantastic with the cuts, but they were playing political propaganda so I walked out and will never go there again. I have nothing negative to say about them but i will not give my money to them anymore.

I had been here and had a hair cut from Mena. Had 2nd worst experience. She has no skills. Never expected this.

I used to come to this location because of the convenience. I stopped coming because they can't keep stylists at this location. So you may ask yourself, why can they not keep stylists? Well, a former stylist told me that it's because of certain demographics of customers, (think stereotypical Telsa drivers) who refuse to tip the stylist. Also, they pile in on the online check-in system and then it takes forever for them to get their peach in and this inflates the wait times. So if you are not a Telsa owner this location is for you and everyone else pick another GC.

Always have done great job no complaints on my behalf. I definitely give them a five star. My hairstyler is Xavier. I believe that’s how you pronounce his name. He is the best I have found in many years. Thank you for your service.

Kids cuts were great! The stylist was awesome the one assigned to me was very rude I chose to not even get my hair cut and just leave after feeling embarrassed from the experience

Great customer service from Miss Nita. She did a great job cutting my hair! Would of loved a lightning ⚡ bolt. I recommend.
