They took us in when no one else wanted to work on our old RV on a 1997 Ford E350 cab n chassis. Explained everything wrong and what could go wrong in the future. And the history of these engines. I got a great lesson. Apparently many mechanics don't want to work with these old Ford Tritons because of its many issues. just when I thought he would send me on my way to limp back home they fixed it. Done in less than 2 hours and I got to watch up close what they were doing. If I lived even 100 miles away I would go here in a second. One of the best family run father and son mechanics out there.

Let me start by saying, I have the worst vehicle anxiety of anyone these people have probably ran across. So patient, professional, and friendly!! They don’t overcharge nor mansplain things to customers. I’ve ran across so many other garages up here that do both of those things. I was so pleasantly surprised once I found this shop. They do great work!

I have been going to Hanover auto since 2008. Pedro the owner is very knowledgeable and incredibly honest. He’s also great at explaining things and never seems to rush you when he’s going through an explanation. I’ve had them do a lot of work on my cars over the years.
