I have been going to Hanover auto since 2008. Pedro the owner is very knowledgeable and incredibly honest. He’s also great at explaining things and never seems to rush you when he’s going through an explanation. I’ve had them do a lot of work on my cars over the years. I've lived in Glen Allen for a little over 3 years now. And Hanover is the only place I'll take my car. They are amazing. They are honest, you can trust what they say. They can get busy and you might wait a while to get in. But it's worth it. They have given us amazing advice, they told us not to bother spending the money on an Audi. They told us not to fix something on our Camry as it wasn't worth it.Super friendly, super reliable, super trustworthy. I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.Services: Transmission

I was travelling and had a check engine light come on. I called not expecting anything as other shops said they didn't have time.Hanover said to come by right then and at the very least be able to give me the codes and what it likely meant. Ended up being something super minor and unimportant, but they took the time to explain to me exactly what it was, how it worked, and what it likely meant. Really great service and great people
