Oliver was knowledgeable about the products that he showed me and was very helpful . He showed me around and answered all of my questions s . The furniture selection and the customer service at the store are good. They have limited delivery windows which could push out when they’ll have the furniture out to you. It’s going to take close to a month for them to have my furniture delivered from their warehouse in the local area - that’s just not okay.

The sales people were nice enough. The furniture selection was mediocre at best. This store gave the impression of catering to an older clientele on a fixed budget . They did have one leather (or faux leather not sure) sofa that had serious midcentury modern vibes.
I would say this establishment is somewhere in between Value City and Ashley's.

Alex was absolutely wonderful today with my 89 year old Mama.
He made us both feel very comfortable. Not a high pressure sales pitch. He was very helpful in helping my Mama choose exactly what she needed.

We truly enjoyed our experience at Havertys in Richmond. Our sales person Karen was an absolute joy to deal with very honest and very accommodating. Because she was so good we will always try Havertys first because of the great customer service!

Our salesperson, Glenda, was wonderful. She listened to my very specific needs and found a chair for me that will address my chronic back pain. She knew her inventory which is huge in my book. No guessing about what might and might not work for me. She is such an asset for her store.

I went in to look at a few pieces on line. Glenda was so helpful and Abby the designer pulled up my bedroom and put the pieces I was interested in the computer so I could see the layout. Both were so patient with me and took their time to make sure that I was happy with my planned purchase.

Ty was phenomenal! Very professional, friendly and caring. I’m in the retail business and I appreciated him not being pushy and looking for a quick sale. Very thorough in explaining the options/patterns in the furniture. I will definitely be purchasing from him once I'm ready. 5 STARS!!!!!
