I went in for an oil change and a battery check. My battery was four years old, so unsurprisingly, it needed to be changed. During the change-out, however, a connection was damaged resulting in a more significant fix being required. Jiffy Lube made the necessary fix and did not charge me for more than the battery change. They also made sure the fix was done the same day, even though it meant that the mechanic needed to stay past the time the shop closed. The mechanic also wanted to make sure all was well and asked me to come back the next day to double-check the work (again no charge). I did, he checked the work immediately, and all was well. I was very satisfied with the work and customer care I received at this Jiffy Lube!

Arrived at 4 pm on Saturday December 16th. Sat in my car for 20 mins and no one approached me or acknowledged me so I drove off. Poor customer service will not be returning

Here is my situation--I will be looking forward to any response from a Jiffy Lube employee to rectify this situation:Took my car in this morning to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, brake pads and an air filter today. We're on vacation and the oil light came on, it also has been needing brake padsGentleman at the front asks what I want and I stated the oil, brake pads and air filter. He responded that due to 'the warranty,' he couldn't just change brake pads, that it could ONLY be the rotors plus pads.I turned down the brake service and got an oil change and filtersGuy was also weird about my keys--never was a problem before. He wanted me to leave my keys together and I always just take off the car key. I kept my house keys but that was oddGuy tells me 10-15 mins over the shoulder as he walks away.I got there at 950am left at 1100 am..not even my point, but when I got home it was almost afternoon and I blasted the heat and got the 16 second video I posted--sounded like racecar in my AC..I go back and they take it in and "fix" it and I've got the 12 second video I posted, slightly quieter, but still there. Was not ever there beforeThis took up a whole vacation day and now my front AC sounds like hushed drag racing. The guy said leaves got down in the intake somehow, but this problem has never happened before when changing a cabin filter.I am going to take this elsewhere to have it fixed. I will be expecting Jiffy Lube to cover the bill. If that can't happen, I will forced to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and take Jiffy Lube to small claims court.Save yourself the trouble, people. Seems like one of those places where you come with one problem and leave with two! Sketchy!

After staying away from this particular jiffy lube for 2plus years due to a previous lousy service experience I decided to try it again. I believe the oil change itself is good but when the service technician walked me out to my car I questioned him as to whether or not they still vacuum and wash windows because neither had been done to my car. He assured me that is still included in the service and he then took my car back into the bay and vacuumed the front and washed the outside of two of the windows.

They replaced my oil, changed my drain plug on my Audi because it was “broken”. Never had any issues or leaks before this place. They put an aftermarket drain plug and it started leaking. Took it back, was not reimbursed and had to pay an extra $150 to have Audi fix it. Trash service, nobody in there knows anything about cars. Be careful.

Oil and oil filter were changed. The problem was midway through the change they showed me the intake filter saying my oil filter was dirty and needed to be changed. The oil filter is part of the change already so they were trying to take advantage of me. They basically wanted to charge me an extra $30 for an intake filter by lying. Be careful and have basic auto education as a minimum.

The absolute WORST place to take your car ever!!! Before I took my car there it was running great! No issues or anything!! As soon as they pull my car around front it starts over heating!! Then the battery is having issues when I just brought that battery 2 days prior and drove the car over 150 miles with no issues. I looked over everything before I even took it there just in case anything fishy was to be done! I asked the manager if they had cameras and he said no. I walk into the service area and saw 2 cameras and one was pointing directly at the spot where they serviced my car. When I asked him about the cameras again he says “oh well they don’t work at all”. I had to get my car towed home!! And again my car ran flawlessly before I took it there. Literally as soon as I got my car back all the issues were there!! They claim they don’t know what happened and that they didn’t do anything wrong but we all know how that goes! I’ll definitely be contacting the corporate office tomorrow!!!!

Needed a quick oil change….Tried to get high pressure sold on higher oil package than I needed. Then asked 5 times more which one I wanted. Asked for a tire rotation and was told they could not do it because I had a staple in my tire. Which was actually just in the tread, which I told them. When checking out they attempted to charge me for the rotation they did not complete and the person helping me was overly aggressive, stating that they had done it even though I was confident they did not. He then went on a rant about how I should have had them patch my tire (that didn’t have a hole in it) and how I was being careless driving with a staple in my tire…. Blah, blah, blah. I told him politely that you all didn’t offer to repair the tire. He quickly stopped talking. Anyway, this experience was no good for me. I’ll stick to the dealers. At the end of the day.. they get two stars because at least my oil got changed. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

Every time I go their they say my brakes are on the metal. I believe them an went to change it in Haley Toyota were I purchased the vehicle and they told me that the brakes are fine they still have a year left to change it after review my mileage. The crazy part is that Jiffy Lube told me that I have to change my oil every 5000 miles. However, when I went to Toyota, they told me that my car is still brand new and I am able to take the 10,000 Miles full synthetic oil. I felt like Jiffy Lube was scamming me from the get-go. I stopped going to this specific location. You have to review your car company before you go to a third-party car mechanic this business is full of scams because the customer doesn’t know anything about the vehicle. Be careful.

They don’t vaccum nor clean your windows. They also didn’t check my other fluids. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all one man kept looking at me the entire time it was very creepy. I had to go to my reg jiffy lube in Mechanicsville to get them to check the rest of my fluids and top them off since this one didn’t.Service: Oil change

I took my car in for an oil change here while visiting home, not only was I spoken to like an idiot— the person working tried to tell me:A. My coupon wouldn’t work (it did after pressing him to try it)B. I needed a full brake replacementWhen I told him I was getting a second opinion back home, he got angry with me and tried to force me to get the work done. I am glad I refused, multiple places at home told me my brakes have more than 50% of their life in them.I would never recommend this jiffy lube if you value customer service or price.

Watch out for undisclosed extra charges at Henrico Jiffy Lube. Alsobe aware of managers with poor to no customer service skills. Myoil change was a debacle!

My bill was two times what it was six months ago at another store in a different state for the same services. I will not be returning. In fact, I had requested a quotation prior to the service which they did not do. They did the service and then presented me with the bill.Service: Oil change
