It's a great store but the delivery ppl we had today were AWFUL.
They actually used good towels from the laundry room to clean up water from an old washing machine.
Then they used a kitchen garbage pail to drain the water.
I called Lowes and they told me that I was supposed to look up the website about the removal of old appliances.
That's what I call very poor customer service.
We usually tip ppl that deliver and remove appliances.
Not today and I'm seriously thinking that I will buy future appliances at Lakeside.
Treat ppl the way you want to be treated @ Lowe's<

Always well stocked and very clean store. OSLG pots are sometimes a massive mess with broken pots and all sorts of mix ups on prices. Great place.

I was serviced by Lee on Isle 30 just before Lowes closed and he was so kind and helpful and made sure I was able to find what I needed quickly just before the store closed! Amazing customer service!!!

Horrible Lowe’s stole money from me placed an order for a cooler with the buy now pay later feature on line I get to the store the employee accidentally cancels it but my payments were still processed. Employees refuse to give me the cooler because it was canceled on there side. So now I’ve got to through a whole process to get my money back.

2 employees, Eric and Raymond, helped fix the wheels on my Grandma's walker! They did it for free and refused any form of payment. The customer here is excellent

I placed an order on May 3 (Friday) for pick up at the store. The website said expected delivery to be next Tuesday, May 7. When the confirmation email arrived a few hours later, it said expected pick up date to be May 9 (Thursday). No other information was available. My credit card was charged twice, on May 10 and May 15. Today is May 18, still nothing! Called the store and the voice message said item on the way. Finally found the order page on Lowe's website, and it said, "There is a delay and we are working on your order." Lowe's could have sent me messages about the delay and I would be satisfied. Oh No, they won't. Very poor customer service.
Found a link to cancel the order. No more LOWE'S for me.

The reason I gave Lowe’s five stars is because things don’t always go right, but when that happens it’s nice to know Manager On Duty Wells will go above and beyond to make it right. I had ordered and returned a previous patio set and it was a nightmare. When I walked into his store I was upset. He listened to my concerns and then set to make things right. When the current patio set was not delivered as promised to the store , he went above and beyond to locate the items, then personally go and pick them up. Bring them back to his store to be assembled. Then he personally delivered them to my house. Thank you so much! You are my hero!!! You provided excellent customer service! Wish is very hard to find these days

I love this particular store. Customer service is curtious and very helpful. The store is well stocked. Parking is very convenient. The garden area offers a great variety of plants.
