Do NOT go to this location if you want fair and honest prices for flooring installation. The flooring sales manager is all about price gouging, overcharging and ripping people off. I understand this is Short Pump but this Lowes is taking absolute advantage of the location. I want to pay what is fair—not have a ton of “custom” work added to my estimate bc he thinks we’re stupid. Beware and get a second opinion before committing to these jerks.

Our salesman, when purchasing a dishwasher, was nice and helpful, but he told us that we could pick the appliance on 12/14. When my husband inquired on 12/14, we were told we would get it on 12/19. Now we are told it will be in on 12/23. Lowe’s also canceled the set up kit without telling us. When we asked why they canceled this because we need it for installation, we were told they didn’t have it in stock.

This store refuses to adhere to the Lowe’s official return policies. Even when shown the polices on the Lowe’s website and after pointing to the policies posted on their wall, they still refuse to honor any returns without a receipt.Update: I called Lowe’s corporate and they are confused by the store’s behavior. They’re investigating.

Please bring back the humans! Seriously, your human cashiers and floor crew were so much better than self check out machines. I’ve been a Lowe’s customer almost forever (since this one first opened). I knew almost every single employee, and they knew me. Now your human employees continue to be replaced. Lowe’s almost felt like my second home and used to feel like a family run business, even though it’s a corporation. Please bring back the human employees.

This store has definitely changed for the better! The manager that was in place at this store approximately 3 years ago was terrible and it reflected throughout the entire store! My recent visits here have been pleasant with outstanding customer service! Tammy, store manager, provides excellent customer service, so if you experience employee or product issues, make sure you contact her for assistance with your concerns.

Racist! Specifically the lady who did my return. If you don’t question someone who looks like you returning something then why am I being questioned? Hmmmm I purchased a door knob, and 5 small fixtures you can put on drawers. It wasn’t even 24hrs since I purchased it. I had my receipt and debt card. None of the items were opened. The return was completed but I got the 3rd degree about why I was returning the item. Then the day prior I got funny looks when I ask for help. Maybe I didn’t look like I had money lol SmhI must have money if I can afford to build a $800,000 home. Anyway not all Lowe’s are like this I would recommend the one in colonial heights they are top tier, but for now Home Depot can have my money.

Horrible, awful, very bad flooring department. Several associates indicated we could confirm booking over the phone in order to get floors in our new home installed before we moved in (and we lived out of the area). Associates gave consistent misinformation, said they would call back but did not, and hung up on us when attempting to spend over $10k. They then would not honor our rebates. Flooring materials were misplaced by this location and our install was delayed - we moved into our new home with subfloor only because they ripped up carpet and did not replace in a timely manner. We have an infant in the home and this was dangerous, not only inconvenient and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed in the service offered by this location. Spend the extra $ and go to a private local business, or try Home Depot.

We visited to obtain an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. We located the items in the store easily and proceeded to self checkout. The store was very organized and clean.
