I was on google today looking up information about a new battery for my window 7 Compaq and I found a Microsoft link saying they upgraded those to window 10, and I'm like, you are out of your mind, I think using windows 7 on that computer is really great, now upgrading it and possibly making it a slower computer and one that has many apps that I don't need is not what I need, I also like to go back through my childhood with that computer and upgrading it makes it seem like it wasn't part of it, making it look like I wasn't playing old flash games and club penguin rewriten on that.

im facing a very bad customer service as Microsoft user over than 8 agents cant support and un wanted charges im in then usa no other phone nos no one answering or auto msgs , even your emails no one is answering.How do you guys manage

The prices and selection here are good. The service is nice but incredibly incompetent. I ordered a computer to be delivered October 26. On November 2 I called to say that not only had I not received it but the store showed that it hadn't shipped yet. They were very nice and after a while they cancelled the order and placed a new one. However they charged my card twice and mailed two identical computers. So now I have paid interest on 3 charges for one computer, I have spent hours on the phone and now I have to go drive to a shipping location. Not so much as an apology. Pretty amazing.

I am disappointed with Microsoft office product that I paid for at Best Buy. My problem is activating the product. It keep asking me for the product key and I entered it . But took me nowhere, different avenues, this is a result of t bad programmers out there. By the way I'm a software analyst. I might end up trying to get my $50 from Best Buy.

I like Microsoft. It can be a easy an helpful tool.. For school or work, your own personal accoun I highly remcommend Microsoft . But, if you use it I would look up other useful apps that can help you as well.
