The price was MINI but the service and how nice the people were was LARGE. The staff at the front were very easy to work with. I had never rented a storage unit and they made me feel comfortable.I also was impressed with the security of my stuff and I liked that it was climate controlled. That is better during storage of course but also made the move in process much more comfortable. I also liked the carts they provide to roll from your truck to your unit.and no I don't work there haha

Customer service is friendly. Storage unit is a good size. Access hours are reasonable. Facility is clean and safe.

Always friendly and answers the phone with a superb attitude! Love my unit space, and the music they play in the facility is awesome! Very clean as well! Dylan in the call center was so helpful! He needs a raise just for the positive attitude!
