Great store with helpful staff. Both times I have been in there looking for new rings and earrings, the staff have made shopping so much fun and the selection always makes it hard to narrow down my search (which is a good problem to have).
They also have a great selection of Vera Bradley and I found something cute on sale during both of my trips there, too.

First time in the store and left feeling very discouraged and disappointed. Went to exchange a beautiful gold Pandora bracelet I was gifted for my birthday as Penelope was listed as a Pandora authorized retailer. I needed a smaller size as my wrist is on the smaller side. After the representative consulted with another representative in store and then phoned another person, it was determined they couldn’t exchange the bigger bracelet because it wasn’t a size they typically carried even though the size I needed was in stock. This also eliminated any other possibility of exchanging for something totally different such as a ring, earrings etc because they don’t carry bigger bracelets. What concerns me is the size discrimination. If you are an average size and/or a plus size woman, Penelope as an authorized Pandora retailer may not cater to you or have what you need. They do not carry bracelets for larger wrists. Going forward, I will only do business directly with a Pandora retailer.

The new location is very nice inside. I found a lot of great things. They carry Kendra Scott jewelry. This is a good place to get cute handbags and accessories as well as jewelry that will last. Prices are reasonable and the staff are so nice!
