Have taken my dog here numerous times for a nail trim and grind. I was four minutes late for an appt (that’s on me) I waited five minutes for someone to tell me they couldn’t do it because I was late - she was with another dog she had four dogs ahead of me. I get that I was behind - but it’s clear you didn’t have time for my appointment and weren’t going to do it even if I had gotten there four minutes prior. Pretty disappointed by the interaction - won’t be back after that -

There was a small issue in which they not only corrected but went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. The customer service here is more then enough to keep me coming back, it truly was an experience that showed off the capability of hospitality in a place in which you don't really expect it.

Try to buy 2 gouramis fish from this store. And was told that can’t sell them because my 29 gallon tank is too small! SMH petsmart aquarium department staff ! @4/23 5:30pm

I adopted my cat, Elise, from the Brook Rd store. I also bought toys and needed items for her while I was there. Clean store. Friendly employees. Highly recommend!
