always friendly staff. It’s a little out-of-the-way for me especially when I’m going to pick up things and never ever get an email telling me that it’s ready so I have to call the store repeatedly. It’s not their fault but once you go in because you really cannot expect anybody to come outand deliver it to your car, it’s pretty quickly done, and the people are really cool.

Corporate neglected this animal so bad, that now they want their clients to be responsible for their mistakes and care for him. They're posting the poor thing on Facebook groups. How about Corporate takes responsibility for the animal THEY made sick??

The food and service were top notch. The owner was there and greeted us while we waited for table at the bar. We were 30 minutes early so our table wasn't ready when we got there. Highly recommend.

Desmond did a fantastic job with my dog Boo - not only does he look fantastic, he was quick and precise and was finished in half the time I’m used to! Thank you so much for the stellar job, and I highly recommend Desmond to anyone else looking to get their dog groomed!

The following is a review I submitted for The Hanover Humane Society which this PetSmart is in cooperation with. Where they only display animals for H.H.S. rather than place them into loving homes. My wife and I, who have been cat owners for decades, firmly believe these folks are not the least bit interested in placing their animals into loving homes. A paper shuffling, pencil pushing, bureaucratic mess, where, apparently, some type of authoritarian style "committee", as they refer to it, looks over each application and decides if you're worthy enough to take home a homeless kitty. In fact, you're not even allowed to meet the cat outside of it's viewing cage until you're first deemed worthy by these people.Their application consists of psychological probing, background checks and impossible to answer hypotheticals. They demanded references, (whom they never contacted) and even required our current cat's veterinarian information. (Whom they also never contacted)Upon completing this application, we were then told, in so many words, "Dont call us. We'll call you." "If you're lucky."After all that, this so called "committee" that is the Hanover Humane Society, has apparently decided this poor kitty, that is in need of a good home, is physically, mentally and emotionally better off in a 2'x2' glass viewing enclosure over at the Pet Smart than with a loving family. And, the way they see it, no explanation warranted. I quess we don't deserve one.Their adoption disclosures did state they may do a physical tour of the potential new home as part of the decision process. Fine. So, where were they? They were welcome to have knocked on our door, unannounced, day or night. They could have even met "Rudy", our other cat. But, I guess doing that as well as checking the references they required would have been too dificult and time consuming. And simply denying the application was easier. Who knows?Call me crazy, but, I would think when none other than The Hanover Humane Society has the application of someone looking to give a poor animal a fantastic life, in their hand, they would bend over backwards to try and place that animal. And, only in the most obvious cases of potential abuse and neglect would an application be denied. I guess I'm wrong about that.Of course, the real loser here is this poor kitty. I was just at the Pet Smart today where she still sits in her glass enclosure a month after applying for her. And we're sure she's not the only animal that has missed out on a great life thanks to H.H S. These folks have obviously lost sight of the ball.

Went in looking for a pleco. Asked the young girl in the fish department. She asked what size tank I had. I told her 30 gallons. She showed me a tiny pleco but I knew it was not the right type to put with gold fish. I asked if she had any that could live with gold fish. She gave me a very curt "no" then proceeded to snarkily tell me I shouldn't have goldfish in my tank.(I have 2 healthy and happy - not large - gold fish in a 30 gallon tank) I left and will not return. Did not appreciate the attitude.
