UPS sent me here with a bar code for a pre-authorized return. However, this location can no longer serve that function. UPS has not updated that change of service for this location. Add this strip mall business to the list falling off quality customer service here. Pretty soon I’ll have no reason to pull into this parking lot.

Had really great service,I couldn't get the name of the women who was helping me for scanning all the documents in the manner I asked for and she did exactly like the way I expected very professionally. Definitely recommend this place.

Always the best customer service
No matter what the task is . Grab a few stamps, use the printing service or just need a package shipped , the Digital Fingerprint kiosk is awesome. . They are great to have in our community.

Every interaction I've had with PostNet has been positive. They care to get the print just right, and communicate throughout the whole process. I returned some Direct TV equipment, using PostNet in late June and lost the receipt. The company claims that they never received the items and will be charging me. I called PostNet and spoke to David. He was able to give me the tracking number and the issue is resolved. He was extremely helpful and professional!! Thank You!
