You have to call repeatedly and send messages through the portal to get a response. There is no urgency at Publix.

I'm biased to like this chain of pharmacies, but I genuinely do prefer it over the other chain I used to use even though I have to drive further to reach them. The pharmacy staff is very friendly, quick, and helpful! Claire was very considerate and was eager to help me get the information I needed for my medicine and even called me to update me so I wouldn't have to worry about calling back again! Just know that the pharmacy closes from 2:30pm to 3pm for break, which isn't reflected in the hours shown on Google.

As a physician, I have been impressed with this pharmacy. A group of stable (meaning no staff turnover), competent, and friendly staff who offer consistent professional care.

Here is what this, or any other Publix in the area, ISN'T. It isn't cheaper than Kroger. Or Food Lion. Or any other local grocer. Sorry, the market basket or whatever is used to compare is.... selective. It isn't particularly good in terms of ready to eat food, which is one of the corporation's selling points. A recent visit to the sandwich / hot food / feed me area went something like this: Me -- I'd like a XXX sandwich (from the menu board.) Employee -- oh we don't have that. We've never had that. They don't send us the stuff to make it. It's just on the board. It isn't particularly awe inspiring in terms of its baked goods or other convenience items. The bakery stuff is equal to Kroger, no better. And the salad bar, goddess help me, is seldom stocked up, and the soups are either empty or burned up on the table. So what does Publix have that brings me in? A half-decent staff in the pharmacy. This alone stole about 30% of my food shopping from Kroger, that doesn't G.A.S. about pharma customers. I say "half decen"t only because there is a fair lack of follow up at least at this Publix if a doc's office doesn't call back with a refill or a drug is not in stock (no calls to the customer to tell them to try elsewhere. DRUGS, people. This ain't a bagel. We literary need them to live.) Also, some good BOGO deals on regular stuff. And importantly, very few stock outs on grocery items. They carry, them, they have them. No other local chain is that dependable. But overall the prices are high. So Publix will never get the bulk of our grocery biz.

Always friendly and professional. Unlike other pharmacies, they are well stocked and staffed. I never had an excessive wait or even so much as an awkward encounter. Plus, there’s an employee who makes little seasonal crafts that my kids always look forward to.

Please update your hours. I arrived at 9:20 on a Tuesday. Yelp says your open until 10. I made a special trip to this area and was disappointed you were closed.

I went to this Publix Pharmacy yesterday as the usual grocery store down the road didn't have any of the medicine I needed. I will deffinalty be making this my new go to pharmacy. I was delighted with how nice and helpful the staff was. They even found a way to cut my cost in half. I thought that only happened on TV. Service with a genuinely caring smile.

Best pharmacy in the area! It's nice to see the same people even after 2 years and they are always so nice! My pups even got treats when I picked up my prescription at the drive thru recently- Publix is awesome!

Didn't think I would have to deal with racism in Publix, from a Publix worker. I was in the self checkout getting some hot food along with a cup with just ice. I scan my hot food but not the cup of ice. This young single white female who's working the self checkout line came over to me a senior citizen black female took my cup of ice out my hand shook it and examined it for any liquids. When I tell you but for the love of God and I didn't have time that day, I WALKED AWAY. AND I PRAYED FOR HER THEN I PRAYED FOR ME. The date was 3/26/23 time approx 6pm
