let's talk about the most amazing cheese monger ever. I'm pretty sure his name is Robert. this guy loves his job an knows his stuff. Even if I am not looking for cheese or items in his department, he take the time to greet me and my family. that all said, let's talk about his AMAZING pallet. he creates the most delicious little horderves. Recently, i got these goat cheese pecan praline balls hes suggested to drizzle a little honey over. we'll...they're gone, I feel like a glutton. SOOOOOOOO GOOD and it doesn't surprise me, Robert just great and even though I mY have a store or two closer, ill go out of my way to shop at this publix just so my kids and i can say "HI".

I'm saying yes because I'm trying not to be neagtive. They had signs up at the register of the limits of what I can buy, but not on the actual aisle where the product was. When I mentioned it to the employee at the self-checkout who stopped me, she said "oh" and proceeded just to stand there. I went to the customer service desk with a friendly suggestion that actually mark the locations of the products they are limiting the sale of, he was very polite and told me he would let somebody know. Check when you get inside what you can get and how many you can get before you lug all that stuff to the checkout and find out.

I recently switched from another Publix pharmacy to this one. The other Publix pharmacy was amazing but this one so far has been really difficult to deal with. My medication have not been ready on time and the manager who was working when I had issues was less than helpful. I wish my other Publix pharmacy was not so far away.

I was looking for a item that was out of stock and I went to the customer service desk, they told me to give them my phone number and they would call me when it comes in.... that was four months ago and I still haven't got the call. Last month I was looking for Rebel ice and it was out of stock. Two different managers told me it will be in on the next truck. They also took my number and said they would give me a call when it comes in. It was out of stock for 4 weeks. I check today and it was in. I never got a call. That's poor customer service from the management!

Love Publix! This location was out of our way heading home from out of town but we went here to get what we have missed from living in FL. The store was clean and the employees were super sweet! John and Fahr made our subs with joy and lovely conversation. We miss Publix greatly and this was a reminder why we do. Please think about building in Roanoke, VA!!!! Thank you, as usual, for incredible service, great, fresh food and clean store!!!

FOOD ALLERGY ALERT: Just a PSA about Publix to those with food allergies. They do not list all of their ingredients used in their prepared food items and baked goods. I have spoke with them and they admit that their ingredient list label put on their prepared food is not complete and exact as to what is actually used. Learned this out the hard way after my son ate a lot of Annatto which can cause him anaphylactic shock. Avoid their prepared foods if you have food allergies.
