My only complaint is that horrible smell that's been in there for at LEAST 2 weeks now. I'll just have to use the other location, can't even shop due to the smell causing nausea.

my fave local grocery store for fresh produce. however i take issue with their sushi/ramen counter the person that works there basically makes her own schedule and has an excuse for why i can’t get ramen everytime i’ve tried i’ve tried 3 times and i’m over it. i’m not sure why y’all offer it if she’s not gonna make the ramen or have “time” for it. she never has anything ready for to make the ramen and it’s super frustrating. i feel like we’re on her time and she doesn’t care about the customers forreal

Very unprofessional display by Staff member Joe ( was informed that he is in management)While waiting in line at the service desk, Joe appeared to assist waiting customers. He walked right thru the line in front of me and never said excuse me. Very rude type personality

I meant to add this a few weeks ago but forgot amidst everything going on. My wife and I were there just picking up a few things while we were out running errands. There was a particular item my wife was looking for that they didn't have due to an allergy. This guy in his jacket with his cart is nearby and like oh what are you looking for? We tell him and he said yeah I don't think they are making that one anymore. He showed us the other ones they had and my wife has tried a few of the ones he mentioned but weren't her preference. He said if you want to try that one I'll take care of it. It turned out he was the Assistant Store Manager. He called the customer service desk and had them comp the item he offered for her to try and went about his grocery shopping after his shift or on his break. We really appreciated his help and customer service and will frequent this Publix more often due to this! Thank you Shawn/Sean (we're not even sure because he wasn't working so didn't have his name tag on)

Good service. The employees are very friendly. The only problem was that the big garlics (elephant garlic) were half dry, and the other half rotten. Is not just in this store. Other Publix is the same.

Being from Fl, I haven't been able to make it to a Publix in about 4 years. This has been the best day ever so far! The deli guy was so darn nice and funny! Publix is my favorite grocery store, hands down

Clean, convenient location, great customer service. I tried one of their deli sandwiches for the first time. Delicious! They're pricey compared to the grocery store Im used to shopping at in Texas. It has a nice selection of products cold, warm, packaged, or cooked. The best grocery store in Henrico thus far.

Everything is top notch except for one manager Caucasian mid 30 5/10cant think of his name he is very prejudice wish I can proff but I know me and my service dog will not return and i like to shop there

Great place to shop, a bit more expensive than most grocery stores, but it's a nice quality. Very clean, the workers are engaging and are generally happy to help. Can't complain much about the selection, though it's lacking a few brands of food and products I normally get at other grocery stores.

Drove down from Central Pennsylvania, I've never seen a Publix before. If I lived here in Henrico I'd be shopping here and not Kroger.

It's always clean & friendly. I love the customer service & how helpful they are. It's always a please shopping in there. The only thing I don't like is that they ask for your ID when u return something. That's kind of weird.

I had a great experience at this location. My family and I made a request of the deli (hot) upon walking in, and their customer service was fantastic. We received what we ordered in a timely manner, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this publix.
