I have been in this store many times and have not met anyone as nice and attentive but not hovering as Kenny. He made this experience comfortable and relaxing. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy. He was kind and professional. If you go there ask for Kenny. He will be very helpful, kind and respectful. Thanks Kenny!!!

My sales rep, Rashawn, was accommodating, patient, and kind. I needed to reapply after not using my card for some time and wanted to change out the tables and lamps of the living room set we planned to puchase. He remained patient throughout our time there, gave suggestions for disposal for my current furniture, and proposed a deposit that would best fit our financial needs. We ended up buying a lovely set and can't wait until it arrives!

Came into the store to buy a new furniture set for mine and my husbands first home! We were greeted by Bruce when we walked in and he was our guy the whole way through. He was spot on amazing, allowed us to walk around and browse rather than staying with us the entire time. Highly reccomend speaking with him! Very happy with our new furniture set!

We just ordered our new sectional and worked with Ed. He did a great job answering all of our questions, and made the whole experience quick and easy! Love the 55 month interest free financing, and can’t wait to get our new couch delivered in less than two weeks!UPDATE: The delivery went great! Furniture arrived on time, and the two guys that brought the furniture in and set it up were polite and efficient! Loving the new couch!

Rooms To GoI just wanted to thank sales Associate Floyd Sinkler for his great customer service. Floyd was very helpful making key suggestions for our living room furniture, giving us key points to ponder. He was able to give a delivery date which was very encouraging and made the purchase so much easier to decide. On our second return to Rooms To Go the purchase was seamless, thanks to Floyd.The delivery of the furniture was within the time window given and Jose Ramos and his assistant were very cordial and professional with set-up and clean-up. My Christmas is going to be amazing thank you!!Janet

Larry was a very helpful associate. He was very knowledgeable about the various features associated with my purchases. He also awarded me time to decide on what I wanted, and return when I was ready to make my final purchase. It was greatly appreciated. Check Larry out at this location. You will not be disappointed. His patience reassures me that customer service isn’t ancient after all. Once I receive my order, I will give another review pertaining to delivery and set-up.

Andrew was so kind and helpful. We weren't in the market that day to buy, and he offered us plenty of space to browse. Rooms To Go must be more upfront with consumers about their furniture repair, replacement, or RETURN policies. We purchased a mattress and loveseat, which felt and looked great in the showroom. What concerned me is that a previous chair on the floor that I looked at had terrible quality control and was about to partially fall apart. The manager assured me that he would replace that if it were the case with any purchase. Subsequently, when finding a mattress, the sales associate agreed with me when I clearly stated, "I suppose if I don't ultimately find this comfortable, we can either exchange it or RETURN it for a refund." The only thing she did was shake her head yes, No additional information. The chair and mattress arrived. The chair was damaged, and the mattress did not feel like my purchased showroom version. I was then informed that they would not exchange but fix it. I had to push for this; it was not easy. They wanted to send out technicians, but I flat-out refused.Additionally, I could not return the mattress and had to wait 30 DAYS! before I could even consider swapping the mattress; they don't do returns, PERIOD!Ultimately, they agreed to replace both, but informed me there would be ABSOLUTELY no refunds; after 30 days, if I don't like the mattress, I am welcome to pick out something of equal or more greater cost, AFTER the 30 day trial period (only for the mattress). We feel taken advantage of, not given the facts, and we will NEVER shop at this store again. I want to return the mattress and get my money back, simple. I don't write reviews, typically, but I could not sit back on this. I did not name specific individuals out of respect, though I was highly tempted. We will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Ridiculous.

Rashawn made the process easy and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make final decisions. I already looked online and did not remember the names of anything but he took me right to the items as I described them. I got a living room and dining room set. I even made changes to my original selections once I got there and saw the size and color of the items. Great experience from start to finish. I also want to say the chat online yesterday was just as great and helpful. They know the inventory so well and would send links to items as I was typing. It's almost like they have ESP.I will return for other needs in the future.

Bruce! Bruce! Bruce! I truly could not thank Bruce enough. He was patient, attentive and such a great representative. I drove over 1 hr and 30 mins to the location and it was worth it! Bruce walked the floor with me multiple times to make sure I saw every item I intended to see and even had great knowledge about products I didn’t intend to see but found interest in. I had such a great experience today and I’m thankful for Bruce’s assistance and happy with my purchase!
