Unorganized and terrible customer service. Mid day on a Saturday with two registers open and employees just standing around as the line gets longer. The line is a maze and guaranteed a wait of 30 minutes or more to check out. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!

Employees are awesome. Management is trash! They are trying to cut costs by having as few people on staff as possible. I write this as I stand in line; the young lady who is working the counter has no help and there are four to five families in line. Overwhelming your employee and the customers are waiting in line unnecessarily long.

Great prices and a clean bathroom. The stalls need new locks! If you're shopping with a friend or a family member; ask them to go with you and stand guard. I had someone open the stall door on me because the lock is broke.
Seems to me as many Ross stores across the south east ; they could spare $10 or $20 to fix the broken locks on the woman's stall doors!
