Rented a U-Haul truck here and had the best experience I've ever had with renting a truck. So many times in the past, at other locations, renting a truck has been a nightmare; here, I had friendly, informed, unhurried attention. All costs were explained to me up front. Returning and checking-in was easy, too.

Simply Storage is an outstanding, well maintained facility run by wonderful people. Cindi the manager is the absolute best. Renting a unit and then vacating it was straightforward, it really couldn't have been any easier. I stored my furniture in a climate controlled unit for several months and never had a concern of any kind. If you need storage, don't hesitate to rent here!

It's been four years since I first started using Simply Storage in Short Pump. My experience with them has been great. Honestly, the property is very clean, secure, and well maintained. The climate controlled unit I use is just the size I need and very convenient to get things in and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Simply Storage Short Pump for your storage needs.
