Been going here on and off for years. Just leaving with pinched skin from tweezers. The tech pinched my skin so hard my left eyebrow skin was bleeding. I left with complaint and plenty of out of place hairs due to not wanting to continue. Very disappointed in the service.

The staff is very pleasant if you're a walk-in or a fairly new customer. Don't let this fool you! Once you become an 'established' customer, they feel they can treat you like cattle and just move you through as quickly as possible. After going there for years, today I wasn't given the opportunity to pick another color - the technician said they didn't have time for me to do that as they had another client with an appointment right after me. I, too, had an appointment. I was told they remembered my color from last time and seemed irritated when I said I would like a different one. On my out, I stopped to look at the swatches for next time. Apparently I was blocking another customer's view of the case, and while the customer never said, "Excuse me" or anything to let me know I was in their way, I was yelled at by an employee who said she needed me to move so the new customer could pick out a color. Hmm, that's what I wanted to do in the beginning. I apologized to the customer and told the employee I was picking out a color for next time; however, there won't be a next time. I was furious when I left this place yesterday!!! I will Never go back!! I paid them 70.00 for pedicure and manicure with gel polish french. Pedicure was very disappointing. Woman was looking all around salon and paying little to no attention to what she was doing. Did not seem to speak a word of English so when I told her what I wanted had no idea what I was saying and would just shake her head up and down. Nails looked like a kindergardener did them and didn't even put lotion on hands after. I showed nails to owner and said they looked bad. Since I am a regular customer I thought she would have someone correct them. Instead she said they looked fine and would do nothing to correct them! There were lumps and dips all over them with white polish on cuticle and sides of my fingers etc. and white spots of the white tip polish all over nail bed!!

First time going to Cathy nails and so far so good... soon as I came in they seated me right away and began working on my nails... The tech also did a great job compared to where I would usually go with filing them evenly and cleaning them properly.... I'd certainly come back again

I will never go back. I called to make an appointment and whatever lady answered the phone was extremely rude to me and belittling and kept interrupting me and speaking over me. So I told her no thanks and I called paradise nails across the street and was greeted with kindness ☺️

Staff ask extremely personal questions. No boundaries whatsoever. I was told it was a 4 and half wait to get my eyebrows waxed. I took my business somewhere else and I will not be returning.

What is with the eye rolling, speaking Vietnamese with these ugly looks between workers. I've never felt worse. It was like they didn't want me there! Awful approach to customer service. Thumbs down!
