We have been members of this church going on 6 years and I can tell you after visiting many churches in the area God is present here! The sermons are biblical and full of God's truth. The people are inviting and kind. If you really want to get involved, join a small group because with 3 services it can be easy to hide in the crowd. There are lots of opportunities for children to grow here with lots of young families. You can rest easy that your children will be taught about God's love, the the truth of the Bible and how a relationship with Jesus is vital for spiritual growth.With so many churches caving to worldly identities and theologies, I thank God for Staples Mill for standing strong in Christ.

Came there was a homeless man trying to find him a place to stay and get sent back to Texas but there was only Spanish people in the church doesn’t speak any English so no I don’t think the church is a place to go for help in Richmond Virginia

With respect to the daycare, we placed our infant daughter in the hands of SMRBC (Kids of the Mill) for a brief time and they could not have treated her any better. The workers were very friendly and doting towards my daughter and the other children in their care. They engage the kids in a number of various activities, and they have spacious indoor and outdoor grounds. The facilities are clean. Great value. Highly recommended.

Loved their website. Able to find all the church ministries and video of the pastor's messages. Which are really good. They do ministries for the homeless and that touched my heart.
