The staff is not friendly and not aware of the T-Mobile official promotions. They redirect us to another location just because of unwilling to help((. That's not the first unpleasant experience with T-mobile staff

Would like to put 0 for service (. The lady I asked for help ( a young lady with pink hair) was rude and didn't want to help me at all. She sent me to another location instead of trying to help.

I was just skipped over and ignored?? Someone walked in after me and they deliberately chose them. As I left, the couple who was chosen first scoffed at me. I am confused and It was a strange experience. Oh well, I guess?

I got a new phone and it took a little longer than usual because my old phone had to charge a little longer but once that was finished it didn't take long at all to transfer info from one phone to the other. The manager and the young lady that worked with me were very professional and patient

I have had no issues or disappointments whenever I've had to visit T-mobile. The team has always been available to help me with whatever needs I have at the time. They're always respectful, friendly, and helpful and makes sure that I leave completely satisfied.

We have a sales rep that is the equivalent of a mute! He couldn’t/wouldn’t provide details about the device without us asking! There’s a woeful lack of expertise & personality! The other sales rep was more responsive and engaged. Unfortunately, I don’t trust we got the best deal and if he really understood what we were talking about!For the price we paid-we were offered to do the transfer here or at home! Go figure!We like going to Best Buy because they educate the buyers. Please beware

Disappointing service from one worker was promised $400 off samsung replacement phone but I am a "sprint" customer so the TMobile special didn't apply. Not a good look after 2 hours plus. Tmobile needs to honor sprint customers with equal value.

Why is this store even open? If the guy that clearly speaks English and spanish doesn't have a clue as to why he is there does this guy really get paid to be an arrogant human? and just say just call 611??? Well makes sense no one wants to really work anymore these days they just want to get paid. What is this dude's name anyway? I guess it doesn't matter just like the issues that we needed resolved.

I went to this location couple hours before. I was not greeted and ask anything or not sure when was my turn. There were 7-8 people and associate looks like working but not sure for which customer. I returned back home wasting 40 minutes of my life watching the store walls.They needs customer service training
