Honestly, this has happened twice now and I’ve tried to call about it and I can’t get anyone to pick up. So this is what you get a one star review.
I was in self checkout and my son had two $.89 toys in his hand. After scanning everything (I scanned the toys first to give them back to him ) and going to pay a lady approached me and said are you sure you scanned everything and I said yes ma’am she followed it up with “even the toys”. Yes, I scanned the toys…..if you’re going to have self check out you need to trust that your customers are going to scan everything I get people forget things sometimes but the first question was enough….I get it you think I didn’t scan them. I did scan them though and I’m really over being pestered self check out. last time I used self checkout, it was completely full of all the registers, but yet the employee only approached me to ask if I scanned everything. I didn’t see her going to every register asking them… I just don’t understand why this is a continuous issue. Especially when I have done nothing wrong. My husband and I spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars here. It is truly ridiculous. I don’t want to steal your stupid $.89 toy and I don’t need someone asking me more than once if I made sure I got everything. I went to self check out for a reason so kindly leave me alone. And it has been the same lady both times so I’m really just over it at this point. A photo of the receipt proving I paid. I really don’t understand why I was singled out both times when all the other registers are full.

I am always pleased with my experiences when shopping at Target. The items in the store are affordable and available when I need them. I am a happy Target customer, and I have no issues with this store.

The older woman who works at the pizza place is the rudest Target employee I have ever encountered in my life!

Target at VCC has terrible customer service and when I advised I would take my issue up with corporate the rude lady got smart mouthed and then walked away laughing at me. Tanika Moore was the women and she was rude as hell and has zero customer service skills.

Great cool tho ha can be found, however what didn’t strike me right was the white woman who overlooks the self checkout lanes. For some reason kept staring at me and my daughter when we spoke some spanish and only said bye to other white folks. Kinda odd man idk

It's a Target, what do you expect?/! I've had a variety of mixed experiences here, but some were very good and none were horrible. I've never seen the store overly dirty or cluttered, but the average associate has very little knowledge about product or location. It is not unusual to visit a packed store, but no less common for it to be virtually deserted. Good luck!

Giving a shout out to my man Raul for being incredible at customer service. I drove out to this Target looking for something in particular that all the other Targets in the area were out of. It said on the Target website that this store had the items I was looking for in stock yet they were no where to be found when i got there. Raul dropped what he was doing in his section (entertainment/toy section) and did me solid by essentially going on a hunt for the item(s) I was looking for. He found them after about 20 some odd minutes and made my ride out this way worth it. Hope to see Raul again in this store! Most other employees at Target do the same but can't find what I'm looking for, but he channeled his inner Indiana Jones and found what I was looking for!
