The purchase in the showroom was quick, informative, and low-pressure. Delivery was fast and inexpensive, and they took away the old mattresses at low cost.More important was the service. We ordered the wrong size. The delivery team called the warehouse and arranged for the same style of mattress in a different size to be put on another truck. We got the replacement the same day, only a few hours after the original delivery. It was quick, easy, and painless. Plus, the mattresses themselves are great. Thanks!

Carl was great and helped me be patient and make a good choice. The mattress is unbelievable. I don’t even need to take sleeping medicine anymore. I am so relieved to have found a solution to a peaceful nights sleep. And the price was great. I expected to pay more. Thank you

Super experienced, polite, and professional staff. They know their product inside and out, literally. They have patience and are NOT pushy at all. They want you to have all the information needed to make a decision. I highly recommend if you are shopping for a mattress.

Really small showroom, not much to test out that wasn't latex-based. The associate in the store while we were there was also not much help and was in the back talking to what I assume to be her friend visiting her at work. We spent 15 minutes here tops and ended up going across the street to Mattress Warehouse where the man was extra helpful.

Mattresses did not have the same softness as what we felt in the store. Shared this with salesman, and he said a technician would come out to investigate. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and haven’t heard a word...
