Paul Carrol was unbelievable. In all our years as professionals my husband (an architect) and I ( a designer) have never had such attentive, personable and professional assistance in a tile store. He showed us the layout of the store by products, suggested some flooring and then assisted us in our final purchase with utmost courtesy and attention to details. WOW we will be using his services in the future??

Tile is always on time, if not in stock and the showroom is nicely laid out.

Marisa and the entire team at The Tile Shop are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We bought a house that had been subject to some flipper DIY’s done incorrectly and Marisa was absolutely wonderful to work with to fix the issues and come up with solutions. We will be returning when it’s time to redo other bathrooms and the kitchen!

Everyone that works here is awesome! Worked with Rachel and had shower floor and wall tile and everything i needed picked out and paid for in 30 minutes! Had to order more tile as I decided to do a second bathroom as construction to the main bath was going on! All it took was a phone call! Rachel and Paulina made everything easy and are tile experts!

The staff is fabulous! I dealt with a total of 6 different people, all of whom were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was a delight to work with these people, who bent over backwards to help us achieve what we wanted. They have excellent displays to help you envision your project, beautiful and some very unique tiles to choose from, and quick turn around time on your order. Highly recommend this store!
