I brought in pictures of a modern medium-length bob and walked out with awful 1970's mom hair. I'm wearing a hat until I can get it cut somewhere else. Young adults stay far away, I don't recommend this salon for anyone under 40. Additionally, I came in for a walk-in appointment and ended up having to schedule anyway.

I love Mary at Tiffany's Salon. she has worked all over richmond but i like her current location. she has cut my hair for the last 23 years or so. i don't live in richmond anymore, but i still have my hair cut and chemically straightened by her when i'm in town to visit my family. her prices are very reasonable. she knows a lot about thick, full, wavy and curly hair. i've had other people cut my hair in my life, but i keep going back to mary because she's a really nice woman and genuinely wants you to be happy with your hair. she's an honest, straight shooter and her prices are very reasonable. she's very skilled and good at "measuring twice and cutting once." she will never butcher your hair. also uses good products and is good at recommending professional products.
