Tried to open up a business account for a small business and I would NOT recommend this bank to any business owners. They definitely gave the “we don’t want black business owners business” vibes. Gathered necessary documents that was needed to open account and still piled on needing more documents. Provided a valid passport, questioned for a drivers license. Provided statement from other bank with address on it, wanted a bill. Offered cell phone bill said it needed to be a utility bill. Mentioned the daily limit for funds needed and reworded it three times as if we asked for clarification of daily limit three times. Skip this bank at all cost.

Umm.. i dont know if it is normal but i am always left on read by my LO. I am always struggling to hear anything back. For example, my home closing was delayed 90min before we were scheduled to sign. Due to a utility concern that should have been clarified 3/4wks ago. I replied with my updated availability and 1hr late still nothing. So i don't know if i will close on this newly proposed date bc no one replied to me. And on the day of my closing I find out my loan processor is no longer with the company and some else is scrambling to get it processed. The new loan processor is a sweetheart but the whole process has me perturbed. Once again, i don't know if all these occurrences are normal or if it truly signals many hands dropping the ball and staff who just ignore me. Idk. But this is my experience with the mortgage company thus far. I will and comeback to edit when and if is is over.

We're very nice and efficient. Took the time to meet with both my wife and I even though we had a noisy kid with us.
