Making an appointment here was a bit difficult - I made one online and called the store directly to make the appointment, but when I showed up, there was no record that I had one. Luckily they had time for a walk-in because this was my plan to get a blowout for my wedding day. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who worked on me, but she gave me one of the best blowouts I have ever gotten. I left there with pinwheel curls ready to be taken out when I was ready to put my veil on that afternoon - and the curls lasted all day despite the heat and humidity until we got rained on!

When I walked into the store, nobody doesn't speak to welcome you or ask if you need any assistance. I walked around the store looking for a product, and not one person asked if I needed any assistance. As soon I purchased my items, that's when the cashier says: Did you find everything you were looking for? Hopefully, next time, it'll be better.

Vicky was amazing, helped me find the perfect cologne and her energy was unmatched and made me want to make the extra drive to come to this ULTA! Also the cashier was fantastic and made me feel my purchase was an excellent choice! Will be back soon!

I ran inside this Ulta in a panic and explained I am an idiot who procrastinated and needed to be wedding ready in 30 minutes. These ladies were SO accommodating and I couldn’t be more grateful ♥️♥️♥️

Worst ulta ever!! No one to assist you..like no one.. such an attitude from the staffs. Also no stocks of item we like. Never going back where such bad customer experience is given. Zero stars. Also heard some other ladies complaining about worst attitude by staffs.

She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, helping me find the perfect foundation match. She went above and beyond to answer all my best friend’s questions as she begins her skincare journey .
