“Nice vape shop. Great staff and awesome selection. It's hard to stand out when there's a vape shop everywhere you look - but this one stood out. The employee who checked us out was so nice and professional. I came in for Cake and left with a smile too.”
“I went in to make a purchase, Greg spent some time with me explaining the options (patiently I might add) and helped me pick something that matched my preferences. I ran into an issue a little later and after a quick call (and another patient explanation) with Greg I’m a satisfied customer.”
“I love coming into this shop, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They recently did some moving around and the store looks great, its much brighter and open!!! Also Noah is also super kinda and helpful.”
“great atmosphere, top selections, everything’s brand new and fresh, wide variety for everyone, the employees are great and super helpful and say wether this product or that would suit you best, overall a great shop to go too.”
“The owner and workers are friendly and cool. If you spend a little bit of money they will hook you up. They are also pretty good about keeping items in stock. They also have a wide variety of items and are fairly priced. Other smoke shops try to rip you off, they are honest people here. Refreshing”
“We won't go anywhere else but here and there are other shops closer to me then this one the staff here is amazing they recognize us anytime we come in and they are always suggesting new things to try, the prices are the great and the points system is only a bonus reason to come back my 1 and only place to shop”
“After coming from a store that treated me badly, BRENDAN came thru for me in the clutch! He was knowledgeable and kind, and so welcoming. I’m very grateful!! Thank you Brendan! You’re the best”
“Not even remotely from the area, but when I swung by to visit and grab some cbd I was very impressed at the knowledge the person at the counter had.
All my questions were answered swiftly and with great detail.
Accidentally bought CBG instead of CBD, called the next day and asked about a refund although I had opened one of the containers already. I was told I could return both for an exchange the same day regardless of the package.
I bought a nano CBD chocolate, a container of cbd gummies, two containers of CBG gummies, and two containers of 10mg thc and 250 MG cbd gummies. I've tried all of them and every single one were delicious and gave me the most amazing calming effect. I can't get good quality products like this where I'm from, and if I'm ever in the area again this is the only place I'd buy from.”
“Griffin Vape is the BEST store! The guys that work in the stores are extremely knowledgeable about everything, they are patient and provide excellent customer service. I know I will get everything I need from this awesome vape shop ❣”
“I come here quite often and have only ever had one bad experience out of all the money i've spent there, I bought what I presume to have been a fake Lose Mary, but it wasn't a huge deal because it still lasted a week instead of two. Staff is extremely friendly and store is kept beautifully.”
“They are very nice. Abdul Rahman helped me find a great vape device. I love him. He is a good guy and the customers joke with him. Thank you, Saud, once again. I advise everyone who smokes this place.”
“Amazing Prices and Super Friendly staff. I walked over for a little office break and will be back. They have pretty good selection of snacks and if you use tobacco a lot of tobacco products. (I don’t use)”
“I'm impressed by the helpful and friendly staff here. They guided me through their wide selection with expertise, ensuring I found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Honest people in a welcoming environment!”

“Dudes are super helpful, knew the products well and had an awesome selection compared to other shops anywhere nearby. They also have better prices than other shops especially in the Ashland area.”
“Carytown just completed an amazing renovation, expanding the humidor cigar room. And added sooo many more products. Beautiful job to Matt and staff. Speaking of the crew, they are as good as their boss. Matt, the proprietor is the nicest dude you will meet. He does have a propensity to gamble on teams, so go easy on him and just buy more stuff. We'll done, laddie, and crew. Love this place. Enjoy!”
“I'm from Vermont, was away from home and went here for my stuff, the dudes were awesome, helped me get something I like, And had me make sure it worked and I liked it before I walked out the door, every place of business should have there mentality, thanks guys”
“Think I found the best carytown tobacco in the city. Mikey, Khalil, Ahmed and the crew was so hospitable. Great proof of customer service and have all products necessary. I will be back”
“Great place and awesome staff. Their collection of glass art is definitely the most robust in the area. Customer service is always above and beyond with this crew of guys.”

“Aidan helped me find the perfect brand of tobacco to buy for my pipe. He helped me signed for the rewards program so I could get discounts in the future. Thanks.”
“Obviously like most smoke shops they try to get more than what the items are valued, however, staff here has worked with me on several occasions and always seem to be able to cover my needs”

“I don't know what I'd do without this place. Whenever we run out of something and need a quick replacement, I ALWAYS find it at this little store! From batteries to barbecue sauce, you name it they have it. Gas, lottery, food, household items...I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. There is no need to drive anywhere else. They have it all. This is one impressive place to go...you'll be glad you did.”
“The cashier AK was very knowledgeable and helpful to show me some different vape options based on my preference. I ended up picking one that he suggested and its probably the best one I have tried in a while. The store was also setup nice and very clean. I will definitely be going back soon!”

“Moh and Omar set me straight all the time. They always take care of me and make sure I have what I need. The stores clean, the people are friendly and in my near 10 years of going here I've never had a bad experience”
