Expired food on the shelves! Do not use this pharmacy if you need a booster shot or vaccination. I waited 20 minutes with an appointment scheduled then I received no kindness after being taken back such as ok now just a little pinch or here I go or anything! I just got stabbed very hard & no cotton ball or anything was applied after, just a bandaid, that was so full of blood that blood leaked out from the Band-Aid so the pharmacist did a quick swipe leaving a blood stain, before she walked out.

Always issues when picking up a Rx. I chose this location because it’s close to my doctors office, but everytime I need to pick up an Rx there are always extended delays with lack of notification. Most recently a medicine was out of stock, but they did not let me know in a timely manner so my doc couldn’t move it to another pharmacy.Tired of it, going somewhere else from now on.

Prescription always late. Even when they tell you it’s ready, it’s not. They do not doauto refills.

Awful! I am about to change my pharmacy. Poor customer service on the phone and in person. Plus the pharmacy hours continue to decrease.

I don’t know why I continue to patronize this store, they have to have the Worst Customer Service of any Pharmacy Store I have ever been too. Today is my last visit. I will drive out out of my way to avoid going to this store, which is closest to my home!! The Young Lady in the photo area needs to be FIRED!! She may as well have stayed home in bed than waste her time or my time today!!! Never Again! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!!!

We wanted to get some chocolate chips to make some cookies, and while we were looking at some drinks an employee walks up to us and tells us to go steal from another store. The really thought we were stealing because we had a backpack with us to carry things we bought.

Just want to say thanks to photo department staff for printing two huge orders that we needed within the hour. Staff was professional and friendly. The photos looked great. Nice job.

Not very diverse. Did not sell any mahogany cards at all. Very disappointed. Employee did not even know what mahogany cards were. It 2023. I've never been to a walgreens that did not sell. Today is the first and I'm highly disappointed.

Such bad, unethical and infraction experience. We went to buy kids medicine on 04/12/2022 at 6:30 P.M ( mentioning the time to make sure it's going to the manager in service )There was one person helping with photos and billing. 4-5 of us were waiting to get billed. No attempts were made to inform customers that he is helping some one in photos and it going to take a while.After waiting for 15 mins came the manager in his attempt to help with billing. Asked us to enter Rewards number and after multiple try system recognized the phone number. When asked for receipt he said will be emailed to the address on file. Seeing no email coming through went to ask him for receipt . As it is an FSA eligible bill that we want to claim. Such rude body language and weird answers.You wait here for 10 mins and I can get a printable receipt.Walgreen in a prime location has got such a person as manager ? So disgusting. I wish I sue this store in case if FSA disapprove my claim for not having receipt.

The LabCorp at this Walgreens location is too slow in attending customers, had to wait after the kiosk check in for about 2 hours

The people here are so nice. (Especially pharmacy) I used to go to their competitor CVS right across the street but the place seems so run down and cluttered. My pharmacy experience was HORRIBLE. I couldn’t understand the one pharmacist and I kept saying, excuse me? They were so rude to me when I asked for someone else because her English was so bad. So I switched to Walgreens and never looked back. They were a totally different experience and very friendly and helpful.

The man behind the counter Eddie got very upset with me when I told him I didn't understand why he told me my prescription was gonna be ready in 30 minutes 3 hours ago and then proceeded to tell me to wait another 30 minutes. He walked to the back slammed the door and after 15 minutes, he came out and proceeded to not assist me and helped other people.
