Been banking at this location over a decade. I needed assistance with a transaction and the manager Gabriel personally made it happen. He was polite, courteous, and professional. Very satisfied with this bank.

Terrible service at this branch. They NEVER have enough staff. Twice I’ve been on my lunch break and they have one teller and one drive thru worker. If the teller has any issue, forget it, you’re left standing there forever! No one acknowledges you or anything. If drive thru is free, they don’t help. It’s very aggravating! Do not come to this branch unless you plan on spending all day here!

I needed to cash two treasury savings bonds that had finished collecting interest after 30 years. Unfortunately my bank is online only and does not do savings bonds with mobile check deposit so I had to go to a physical branch of a bank I'm not a customer of to get it done.They made the process pretty simple and I was in and out in about 10 minutes which was nice because I was originally apprehensive on how to go about getting them cashed as I never dealt with treasury bonds before but they were completely matured.

I deposited a check for a very large amount that was Fedex'ed to me due to the urgency. I deposited it on Thursday after hours at the ATM because the bank was closed for the next 3 days. The ATM told me the funds would be available the following day. This was relayed to our bookkeeper who sent out payments. Friday I got a message that said there would be an 11 day hold on the check. I made an appt to make sure my checks didn't bounce and sat in the bank for 2 hours only to have nothing happen. Major payments are bouncing and this is ruining my reputation with lots of people. This hold has been a disaster for us and nobody can do anything. Of course the check is good and it isn't even unusual for us to have checks like this.UPDATE: Gabriel checked on the check daily until it finally cleared the issuing bank. He immediately removed the hold and he did everything he could. My beef is with Wells Fargo, not the good people at this branch.

This is my favorite branch in RVA. I need to go inside a bank to get a statement notarized and due to health issues it will the first time having to enter a building since the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I'm glad this branch is NOT TEMPORARILY CLOSED at this time.

Linda in the drive thru is clueless, it takes 15 minutes to make a basic deposit. Often times she doesn't send the correct tubes to the correct windows and consistantly has her mic on so low no one can hear her. She either doesn't understand her job or she isnt good at it. Either way her service is stressful!!! After 10 years banking at this location I cant take it anymore, never had these issues with the other tellers..I've been letting this go for some time but I cant take it anymore. I will be moving my accounts to union bank down the road on staples mill. Their lines seem better managed.

Everyone is always friendly, but it is seriously the SLOWEST bank I have ever used! I try not to use their drive through if I can avoid it. The older lady at the window is snails pace slow! Don’t plan on just “running through” and not spending it 10-15 min. In the drive through.

Absolutely one of the worst branches. 5 lanes open but only one teller working all 5 Lanes. Waited in line for 15 minutes and told her to give me my deposit back which she did. Then I drove around to the ATM and was able to use that for my deposit before the persons beside me who were still waiting in line, had their transactions finished. Just absolute incompetence

Nearly the Worst service I have ever experienced at bank. 7 employees and only one helping customers...One lobby teller tried to open another station to help but was waived off by the manager (?) so tried the drive- through, which took another long wait - even with no other drive-through customers. Avoid this branch.
