1 teller while people at desk offer no help. 2 people left so far one stated she had been waiting over 40min..she was in front of me and left...manager gives merchant lip service atndthat is it way to go Wells Fargo you are horrible

They don't have people working at this location so the wait is unbelievable. More importantly, they apparently don't keep money in this location as they "can't" allow withdrawals of more than 1k. Insane to think that I have 20k plus in my account for them to play with but refuse to give me access to my own hard earned cash.

Terrible…5-6 people waiting in line for what should be simple transactions. Took me 20 minutes to cash a simple check. This bank branch leaves a lot to be desired.

People standing around inside , waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. Everyone walking in was being waited on . No one at the drive-through widow . Other bankers could of helped the ONE banker trying to run both areas.

I will be glad when the branches in virginia reopen without an appointment.., I was in Anderson SC for a few days and when I visited the branch there I was able to walk in mask on and do my transaction.. and then I have to go to a local branch and there is a line around the building on Midlothian turnpike., What a shame.

I would give the upper corrupt management a zero star if I could. They have already been indicted for ripping off their customers. Have all my business and personal account with Wells Fargo. They would not process any loans through the SBA when we need our bank to help us most. During this difficult time, they advise you to go to another bank to apply since the Federal government asked Wells Fargo not to make money on these loans. They have no interest whatsoever to help you if there is no benefit for their deep pockets. Other bank give priority to their already existing customers. So, we are stuck in limbo and you are penalized because you bank with Wells Fargo. The staff at the branch are friendly, however they tie their hands in what they can help you with. I highly recommend you bank somewhere else.

Worse bank ever. They will steal your money by saying the amount you deposit it in correct even you have a receipt and they will change your amount on your account by them self. Don't ever bank with them

Wells Fargo became a bank to switch from Capital One after much consideration where it offered competitive banking products with Capital One. A few other important factors in decision making were mobile banking capability, having physical branches, business accounts integrated with personal accounts. When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness. I banked with not only Capital One, but Bank of America, VACU, and Union Bank & Trust. I couldn't not be happier to have chosen Wells Fargo, especially banking at this branch!

One banker working. Good luck getting out of there in under an hour if you want to open or close an account. Horrible.
