If I could score lower, I would. I ordered a boat bumper and prepaid. All good so far. Until it arrived. Wrong size. They had one in stock that I really didn’t want, but I needed one badly. Think they gave me credit for the wrong sized bumper? Nope. Gotta wait three to five days and it will be credited to my card. So I essentially double paid for the bumper. I’m betting there will be issues with the “refund” as well.
From now on, I’m checking Amazon first, as well as the numerous marine online catalogs. Thanks for double charging me, West Marine. You just lost a significant amount of business.

Horrible service. The person that worked there told us to order the wrong part (even though we had all of the paperwork to ensure we got the right part). When we tried to return it, he said it had been more than 30 days and could only give store credit. The part we actually need is online only as well. What a joke. We won't ever return.
