Love,love, love coming here since I was 18. They have been great at helping with placement, tattoo design when I have questions and piercings when I got them. Always friendly and a great environment. Will continue to go back with my sister, can't wait to get my next tattoo!

Amazing staff!! Steve did my tattoo & it was by far the best I’ve ever had!! I have more than 5 tattoos and I love the one he did the best!!!! I will be back again and again!! Thanks 138!!

I showed up today just on a whim and asked if I could get a tattoo expecting to have to setup an appointment. A very nice lady asked Adam if today was possible, I was told they had some time and they worked me in which really shocked me. They asked about my design and where I wanted it. They made my 1st time experience getting a tattoo and memorable one and definitely for the best. It took less than hour after getting in the seat to when I was finished and Adam did an absolutely amazing job. I will be coming back for all future tattoos. Eventually I want to add more to it with a background. 5/5 stars highly recommend

Went here to get my nose pierced yesterday, the staff is very friendly. Shop is very clean and smells great!! It was a quick and easy process and I’m glad I went to have it done! I love it thank you 😊

I got a tattoo from Olivia. The experience from the beginning was great. Not only was she so friendly but she consistently made sure I was okay and her work is stunning! Would highly recommend this shop. I also got a piercing and had the same positive experience from the piercer.

I love 138 everyone is extremely friendly and professional! I have gotten a few piercings done there and my first tattoo which was done by liv! She drew the most beautiful shark ever for me which turned out better than I could have imagined! She talked to me the entire time and explained the whole process. 138 is the perfect place to get a new tattoo or piercing!

138 Tattoo provided a fantastic experience for my 5-year-old's ear piercing. I’m so glad I called ahead because I wasn’t aware that they required a birth certificate or identification, which is important to know before going.
The piercer, Naomi (I think), was absolutely wonderful and patient. My daughter can get a little excited and move around, but Naomi was firm but kind, explaining what she needed to do and making sure my daughter understood. Her patience and calmness made the whole experience go smoothly, and my daughter was so happy with her new earrings.
I’m so grateful for the professional and caring service at 138 Tattoo—my daughter loves her earrings, and the experience was perfect!

My wife and I stopped by whilst on a trip to Williamsburg. We each got tattoos from Olivia, she was awesome. Very friendly staff who’s only concern was making sure we were happy with the service if I could rate them higher I would!
