Got charged $4 more than the price listed and the male cashier with women’s hair wouldn’t even respond when I told him. He was vaping in the store as he checked me out and over charged me.

It really sucks how you can't even go into a gas station without the worker having an attitude and making the customer feel like an inconvenience.
I came into the store at 9 pm March 21st. I grabbed the items I wanted for my work shift and went to the register. I waited about a minute. I looked around and saw the man in the aisle ringing up items. I asked him, "Do you work here?" He responded, "Unfortunately." He started ringing me up. Before the transaction was even complete, he walked away. I asked, "Can I get a bag?" Mind you, I had 3 items and wasn't offered a bag. Then I proceded to make the statement, you must really hate your job! He bagged my items and then walked away AGAIN without saying a word.
If you despise your job that much and can't work with the public, you should do everybody a favor and just quit.

To put things lightly my experience the past few times I've visited were by far less than par. I went a few weeks ago and money I put towards gasoline was voided off my card and never went through. Though this inconvenience may seem minor it was anything but on account of running out of gasoline. Also, just tonight I tried to use a hundred dollar bill for a forty dollar payment and was denied because they didn't have sixty dollars in change. They could have had it dropped from the safe but the lazy cashier refused to do so. As a regular customer I find these concerns to not only be a poor reflection of the community but to be a display of poor customer service especially from a manager because both times it was the same woman, Ashley.

Extremely horrble service. Just called bc my 7NOW order was canceled and was told to get in touch with store and after beng hung up on by an employee with no response after 2 hellos i teied calling back to speak with shift manager and they disconnected the phone and i am disgusted they have someone so inconsiderate working in that store that gets away with such unprofessional behavior. -8/10 i would never reccomend this 7eleven unless something changes

the items I want are usually in stock but most of the employees don't know what they are doing when it comes to the lottery machine and aren't too helpful when I had asked for lottery they made me feel bad for asking and I didn't feel valued as a customer the other employees that have been there a while are nice and helpful though

Very rude and very poor customer service. Store is very unsanitary and nasty. The manager is very rude and is setting bad examples for people who work there. Guess that why they have to offer a sign on bonus just to get people to stay.

Please have them check their pumps and get new card readers! I get expensive gas so I can get at pump and go without needing to go inside! Completely stopped coming here
