The ladies working the register were great but I overheard a conversation that the pharmacist was having and it was unprofessional and should not have been said especially when customers can hear it. I switched to Kroger but I feel that was a mistake. That conversation ended me trying to support local business.

Finally they now have Sushi ( Sushi made daily) . You can easily find where the sushi display case is. The taste is awesome and plenty of sushi items. You can even order online.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst Kroger or even grocery store I have ever been too. The produce is always bad. There is a lot of food on the shelves that is already out of date. The employees are very rude. They have personal conversations cursing on the regular and even talk about the customers while they are still standing there. This location use to have very nice employees and excellent produce, but it was called Farm Fresh then. This Kroger (Hayes VA) seems to do the complete opposite!!

There is usually only one technician and a pharmacist when I go which is why I typically go to another pharmacy. Waiting times can be a drag but that's life. I just wish the staff was a bit more friendly. Good customer service means more to me than having to wait in a long line. A "hello, how are you today" can go a long way with a lot of people.....at least for me.
