I am truly thankful for Harris Garage thoroughly looking over the safety of my 2000 Ford F-350 that has 310,000 hard use miles on it that I was foolishly planning on driving to Florida with my family in it with a vehicle in-tow behind it. I could only imagine being stuck on the side of the road several states away from home and several states away from my destination. Or even worse, having an accident due to a safety failure. I grew up in a shop and I claim to know how to work on cars but I'm not smart enough to know that the thing rattling around loose on the driveshaft is a vibration dampening weight so I taped it up with some electrical tape. I'm sure glad I didn't just cut it off like I was planning on doing; come to find out the undampened vibration could damage bearings, differential gears, and even crack the tail shaft of my transmission! Harris Garage is truly first class and I am blessed that they prevented me from making such a terrible decision.

Don’t know the quality of work the shop does. Cause I did not have them do any of the work besides an oil change which we will get into later lol. My quote was for over 5k of work that needed to be done. And that was not including the 2400 dollars they wanted to charge me for getting new drive shafts. I ordered them. Both for under 900. I have plenty of experience doing the work as I grew up in a shop. I can have them done in a couple hours. So they wanted me to pay 1500 in labor. Then there is the emissions testing they said my 25 year old truck has to have which it does not it’s exempt. Took my truck up the road to get it inspected and only thing it failed for was the horn not working. So fixing that then it will be good to go. In texas we call shops like this gophers. They give some people good prices then other people they try to go for a high price of work that does not need to be done by scaring them saying this has to be done! But because they give some people good deals they have a high rating. All I know is they were gonna charge me over 5k and took it to an inspection place and all I have to do is fix my horn lol. I added photos of the oil change they did for me. Leaking oil and I can turn it with my hand.

I met my daughter here as we planned lunch after her vehicle was inspected. I was incredibly impressed by the quick, very friendly service and such a clean, well appointed waiting area. Based on her experience, I have found my new garage for vehicle service.

Excellent first time experience today! The shop is clean and well kept. Very nice waiting area. The gentleman who assisted me was kind and my inspection was done in a timely manner. Looking forward to using this shop in the future.

Called the shop due to having transmission problems with a vehicle. Within an hour they had me a quote and were super knowledgeable about the specific vehicle. To top that they had the vehicle in and out in one day and back on the road! Big thanks to the team at Harris Garage for taking Great care of us.

I have always taken my Volkswagen Jetta to the dealer for any service, never trusting the little guys to do it the right way. After an extenuating circumstance; I called around, and not only did these guys get me in quickly, they solved the issue and saved me a pretty penny compared to what the dealer would cost me. I will be ditching the dealer and taking both of my cars here from now on. Honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Above and beyond service!

Harris Garage is the best! I have never had a bad experience with them. All their staff are incredibly professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their communication especially. Being able to see my estimate before any work starts is also extremely helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and was a nice addition, but when I can’t wait, I love that there is always a loaner available. I recommend Harris Garage to everyone!
