These are the nicest kindest people out there. My daughter had an issue with her car. She was headed home from college and had a long drive ahead. I looked on google and found Hayes Auto was close to where she was. I called and Jeff answered the phone. I explained the situation and without hesitation he said he would help her out. When she got there he was waiting for her even though they were busy with other customers. He spent time with her, checked everything out and sent her safely on her way. It feels rare in today’s world to find such genuine kind people who are so willing to help a stranger out. There is no doubt they would be a fantastic place to purchase a car with this level of care and attention to someone who is not even a customer. Thank you Jeff for being so kind!

Let me tell you
These are some genuine people that work here. My car just broke down next door to them at the paintball spot and jason and his brother we're very helpful. Didnt try to sell me a thing...Gave me a whole lot of knowledge and put me on the right path to get my car, right. Based off of their honesty and helpfulness, I would recommend them to anybody to do business with. From being stressed about my vehicle to filling, there's hope and with a better understanding because of these gentlemen. 5 stars!!!

Started searching for a new car for the hubby about three to four months ago. We looked at nearly every single lot in the area. No one compares to Hayes! Always answering questions, always respectful, always making us feel like we were part of the family. We finally purchased the car we fell in love with since the first visit. Honestly a 10/10 experience! Jason stayed super late to help me. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly experience and one where the salesperson talks to you like a friend and is up front with everything. I had an infinitely better experience than I have at any other dealership I’ve been to!
