“I’ve been coming here for 3 years and this location has always been quick and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fair and honest place to get their oil changed.”
“Is very polite and worked with me to keep the cost to a minimal. Seemed very honest and showed me everything he was doing step by step. Very reasonable price. Well definitely go again.”
“First, the building is immaculate. Very well organized, tastefully decorated, and clean facility. The waiting room was a very comfortable place to be. The shop is also very clean and organized, indicative of a good organization. The work they did on my Toyota Tundra was great too and done ahead of schedule. The people are friendly, professional, and courteous. Prices are also reasonable. I will be bringing all my vehicles to B&L in the future.”

“I own On Time Towing had a truck go down with hydraulic problems. Other people in the area said I had to buy new cylinders. They were not repairable. I was recommended to Williams and they had me up and running in two days with reman cylinders works perfect highly recommend them. Once again, I had a truck go down, and these great folks at Williams hydraulic services had me up and running within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend these folks.”

“They were very quick, even though they were busy.. 4 brand new tires in 45 mins or less balanced and mounted.. I didn't get a chance to scroll on my phone good...plus $630 for all 4 small special tires good price to boot.. so I'm good with them....they're my #1 out of my 3 tire spots... Mr Tires & Firestone....”
“Tire Choice was a great choice when it comes to customer service and the treatment of my car. They were friendly and the mechanic was knowledgeable and informative when communicating with me about my car. He suggested future maintenance and even put an oil change sticker in my window. Can’t forget to mention that I was given a 15 credit for my oil change. Thank you!!”

“I live in Richmond and was driving to Norfolk to take my three year old son to his first hockey game. We had big plans to explore Hampton Roads, but I blew out my tire (THIRD time THIS YEAR) right outside of Newport News. After putting the donut on my car, I called these guys hoping they would be able to squeeze me in last minute. They were able to accommodate and see me immediately after I arrives. I’m giving a massive shout out to Chaimone who was working the front desk and was super communicative and accommodating the whole time, even going above and beyond by driving and picking up the right size tire when they realized they didn’t have one (I didn’t realize my front and back tires were different sizes).
While we had to put off our big plans of exploring, we were still able to make it to the hockey game on time and had a great time. Our day could have easily been a bust, but because of the work from Tire Choice, and especially Chaimone, we had a wonderful and memorable day”
“Arrived at 6:20 when they close at 7:00. There was no line. Took 1 hour from the time I got the text message saying they started my vehicle till I got the message saying it was complete. I understand it was the end of the day, but I wish the staff was a little friendlier.”
“I am truly thankful for Harris Garage thoroughly looking over the safety of my 2000 Ford F-350 that has 310,000 hard use miles on it that I was foolishly planning on driving to Florida with my family in it with a vehicle in-tow behind it. I could only imagine being stuck on the side of the road several states away from home and several states away from my destination. Or even worse, having an accident due to a safety failure. I grew up in a shop and I claim to know how to work on cars but I'm not smart enough to know that the thing rattling around loose on the driveshaft is a vibration dampening weight so I taped it up with some electrical tape. I'm sure glad I didn't just cut it off like I was planning on doing; come to find out the undampened vibration could damage bearings, differential gears, and even crack the tail shaft of my transmission! Harris Garage is truly first class and I am blessed that they prevented me from making such a terrible decision.”
