Had a dead battery under warranty. A man with long white hair working behind the counter wanted to spend 10 minutes arguing about whether or not it was dead. Thank God for Katherine who ignored her co-workers ignorance and replaced our battery and sent us on our way. What a jerk. Good luck to anyone else who encounters him. Needless to say we will take out business elsewhere in the future.

This was only my 2d time visiting. By coincidence, the lady, short haircut, was the same employee that took care of me. I needed to get a code check. She got the materials needed, but since there was only her and another employee, which he was already outside taking care of a customer before me, she said I would have to wait until he was back in the store. The store can't be unattended. Fair enough. So wait, I did. About 12-15min. Another customer, older gentleman, came into the store. He needed a windshield wipers replaced. She told him the same thing, so now we were both waiting. I waited longer than him. When the other employee was done and entered the store the lady grabbed both jobs to assist the man and I. We followed. She then tells me that she was going to do the man's wiper blades 1st and then my code check. I then tell her I really need to get going to an oil change appt. I didn't even mention that I was in pain and I also had knee brace. The smirk on this women's face that I would interject my comment and wanted to go before the gentleman that came in after me was beyond belief. As though I should not even ask. The gentleman then said, that's fine she can go 1st. Did I really need his permission. Gets better. She inserted the code in my car, and I thought and asked ", don't you need the car on 1st." I had the keys in my hand & wanted to give it to her. She turns and looks at me once again. Now she looks irritated. How dare I. This procedure took about 60-70 seconds max to complete. I know replacing 2 windshield wipers would take much longer than 70 sec. What bothered me was that she thought it was ok to do what she was about to do without even asking if I would mind. The answer is, yes, I would mind. Being that said. I would still consider going there, but that would be after looking at other auto stores 1st. Basically, they used to be my 1st auto store option if I needed an auto item. They just got bumped to my last option.

Needed my battery charged it was completely dead. Lisa charged my battery overnight. I was so relieved because I thought I needed a new battery. I highly recommend advanced auto and ask for Lisa she really knows what she is doing! Thanks again.
