Outstanding Service and Excellent Product!

I saw and heard the whole process as my mother got a very thorough hearing examination at Beltone. The Beltone folks were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took time to explain everything and answer every question. While their hearing aid prices (which include ongoing follow-up) are probably worth every penny, I could not give a 5-star rating because their prices turned out to be WAAAAY above the range we had expected. But if you've got hearing issues and money's no object, Beltone seems like a very safe place to trust.

This is the worst office I have ever been to. I had been going to this office for two years and everything was fine. Then I had to replace my hearing aids, I called to tell them and they told me to go back to the original office that I purchased them from. So I went to that office and purchased the replacement and came back to them to adjust everything because they had my settings in their computer and they refuse to do the adjustment because I had purchased the replacements from another office which they told me to go to. So I spoke with the owner of this BELTONE and he was just as rude as the people in the Gloucester office. Also, he said he didn’t have to adjust my hearing aids that he could refuse adjusting them, but that’s not true. BELTONE is supposed to take care of your hearing aids anywhere nationwide.Plus for two years they had been placing the incorrect stoppers on my hearing aids!!

Took lots of time testing and explaining each and every step /test. Thoroughly explained the results and their meanings to quality of life. No high pressure sales ... just right up front ... very personable
