Took them a vizio power supply board out of a TV that I had foolishly tried to repair myself. 10 minutes and the guy fixed my mess, warned me it might not work and sent me on my way. It worked. New tv my butt. Thank you computers plus!

Super easy to work with. Needed the entire top half of my Macbook Pro replaced, and these guys are some of the only Apple-certified repair places around. Works like new again. Most impressive part? They salvaged as much of my old stickers as they could and put them on sticker sheets for me to re-use on my new cover!!

Called Don and told him I had a Dell desktop that was getting as slow as molasses. Arranged to bring it within the hour late on Friday afternoon. He promply inspected and tested it. His diagnosis - -needed a new hard drive. Computer was ready for pickup the next day (Saturday!). Brought it home and it works great! Completely satisfied. Great experience!

My MacBook Pro had the bottom of its screen cracked. With apple care it was only 99 dollars to fix it, and I expected it to be a lot more. I dropped it off on Tuesday and they called on Thursday morning to let me know it was ready. Very friendly and prompt. Would go through them again.

Computers Plus had my Macbook Pro for five months. The computer was past the point of being fixed and I asked for the data to be transferred to a hard drive I brought in. They never called me to tell me it was finished. I called stopped in once a frequently and each time I was told no it wasn't ready. Pretty sure transferring data doesn't take that long. I went to pick it up today and the man who helped me couldn't provide any insight as to why it took so long, and was extremely rude. I'm not sure why I had to pay for something that takes a few hours, when it took nearly half a year. I've used CP for years with various Apple products and never will again.
