They need to retire. I've been getting my 4 vehicles inspected, oil changed, and other repairs for the last 6 years here. They have very poor customer service and always have. They find it perfectly fine to yell at customers because, you know, its your fault not theirs. It's only gotten worse over the years as they have seemed to get older and grumpier. If you need an inspection fine, but if you want to have a vehicle repaired I would pass them by. They are one of the few places in the county to get an inspection which is why i have tolerated them for so long, but alas I can't do it any longer.

I had an esoteric leak with my A/C that required a backordered part. Of course my A/C went belly up on the hottest day of the summer and it had to wait but the wait was worth it. The air is COLD now and I am comfortable on my 45 minute commute. Tom and his guys are great. Thanks for keeping me cool Tom!

We had a bit of a strange situation, but they rose to the occasion. They are a 5 star company and we are very grateful for our experience with them.
