My husband and I were looking for the right mattress for us, but we didn't know what we wanted or where to start. Mike (Michael @ Gloucester location) was a big help to us! He is very knowledgeable in what each mattress had to offer, and was able to help us find the right mattress for us. He has a personable personality, not pushy and he wanted us to be happy most of all. Thank you Mike for a wonderful shopping experience!

The guy was nice, funny, and had good recommendations as a fellow biggun. The bed we got was very nicely priced, and comfortable. Gonna keep going there whenever we need a new mattress for the house

The staff was great and very helpful. Very attentive. Was disappointed that what I wanted was not available at that time. Then the alternative for what I wanted, that was not available at that time either. I realize space is a commodity some stores don’t have, but I think not having any of the products that I purchased in the store isn’t a good thing.

Our experience was wonderful. The salesman, David was professional, honest, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly NOT pushy. We shopped around at a few stores before deciding to purchase from Mattress Firm and he was the deciding factor for us. We plan to return in the future.

Austin M. went above and beyond. I wish I could give him 100 stars. Austin was very knowledgeable and extremely charismatic.
I showed up today at about 11 with my sister. We shopped for about an hour while Austin went over the different types and name brands. I told him I would come back with my husband tomorrow.
We ended up returning at 430 and thankfully Austin was still there. He even remembered my name and my husbands. We purchased 2 mattress with Austin. He is definitely a salesman I didn’t mind following us around.
You should count your lucky stars to have Austin M. at your company.

David and Austin gave my husband and me friendly and professional service. David greeted us as soon as we entered the store. He asked us what we wanted in our mattress and showed us the specific mattresses that would fit our needs. Austin explained the delivery process and both gentlemen answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm in Gloucester!
