Outstanding customer service and knowledge of their products! Explained the pros of each wiper blade selection and even allowed me the courtesy of washing my hands after I installed them. Their bathroom was over the top for an automotive parts store.

My son needed plugs and boots for his Sonic. The salesperson was super helpful, steering him towards good products but away from the needlessly expensive ones and answering all of his questions with a smile. Great experience.

the staff there is completely untrained, takes them 30 mins to find a part I need. and when they come back, it's the wrong part so I have to keep waiting. the boss or manager or whatever was sitting near the back laughing at something on his computer. completely unaware of how poor the store is doing
