Are rack room shoes and shoe carnival one of the same stores with different names?

Absolutely love this store. Employees are very polite and willing to help with a smile a greet ya as you enter the store. Have never had an issue finding something I’ve liked. Great selections to choose from.

The women here were all very knowledgable about their products, kind, and very patient, while I searched multiple shoes and sandals. Not pushy, but available. Offered to order what I needed and have it shipped to my house! Highly recommend! :)
